- A refund of deposit is provided if notice of cancellation is received 30 days or more in advance of the scheduled arrival date.
- If notice of cancellation is received less than 30 days from scheduled arrival date, a refund of deposit is provided only if all secured dates are re-booked.
- Non-refundable deposits cannot be applied toward future bookings. These deposits cover the cost of lost booking dates that could have been rebooked if sufficient notice was given.
- A refund is provided for early departures at the nightly rate for only those affected dates that are re-booked. If a lower rate is required to re-book the dates, a refund is provided at the new lower rate. The difference is non-refundable. If none of the affected dates are re-booked, no refund is given.
- 30 days notice is required for date changes (based on availability).
- A $50 processing fee applies for all cancellations, date changes or early departures.
- Refunds are made to original credit card only.
